What it is
OptiMonk pushes its campaign events to the data layer, so you can see your campaigns in Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager.
It's one event, optimonk_campaign_event, carrying the campaign's name, ID, variant, and the visitor's action: impression, conversion, closex or rejected.
Import the ready-made GTM container, add your GA4 measurement ID, and publish.
Key benefits
Next to the rest of your site's data.
Import one container instead of building tags by hand.
Impressions, conversions, closes and declines.
How it works
In Google Tag Manager, go to Admin → Import Container and import optimonk-ga4.json.
Open the OptiMonk Event Reporting GA4 tag and paste the ID from GA4's Admin → Data Streams.
Publish the container in GTM.
Step-by-step setup lives in the Help Center guide.
