How it works
After designing your campaign in OptiMonk, navigate to the integration section under "Where you would like to send the subscribers and campaign data." Choose your email marketing platform or CRM from the list of 53+ integrations. If you have not yet connected the integration, follow the authentication steps for your chosen platform — typically an API key or OAuth login.
In the field mapping interface, match each OptiMonk input field to the appropriate field in your destination platform — email to email, first name to first name, and any additional form data to the relevant custom fields. Configure Double Opt-in, Smart Sync, or Instant Lead Notification if needed.
Once published, every new opt-in through the campaign sends the subscriber's data to your connected platform in real time. The contact appears in your email tool or CRM immediately, already segmented according to any tags, lists, or custom field values you configured in the mapping.

What is Double Opt-in in OptiMonk integrations?+
Double Opt-in is an optional setting in OptiMonk's integration configuration that adds a confirmation step to the subscription process. When enabled, a subscriber who fills out the popup form receives a confirmation email from your ESP. They are only added to your list after clicking the confirmation link. This is useful for markets where confirmed opt-in is legally required or for improving list quality by verifying email addresses before adding them.
Can I connect OptiMonk to a platform that is not on the native integrations list?+
Yes. For platforms not covered by a native integration, OptiMonk supports Webhooks, which allow you to send lead data to any endpoint that can receive an HTTP POST request. This enables connection to any CRM, automation platform, or custom internal system.
