OptiMonk tells you on the campaign page when something stops it from showing, with the fix attached.
What it is
A few things can quietly stop a campaign: the OptiMonk code disappears from your site, a switched-on campaign hasn't reached your visitors yet, or its discount codes run out.
OptiMonk watches for these and tells you on the campaign's own page, with the fix attached. Red means the campaign is blocked; amber means it runs, but something isn't right.
Alerts disappear by themselves once the cause is gone. There's nothing to dismiss.
Key benefits
The reason is on the campaign page.
Each alert leads to where you fix it.
Alerts reflect the live state of your account.
How it works
Alerts sit in the strip above its panel.
Red: blocked. Amber: running, with a problem.
The alert disappears once the cause is gone.
Step-by-step setup lives in the Help Center guide.
The OptiMonk code isn't installed on your site. The alert takes you to Finish installation, where Check now confirms the code is live.
It usually clears within a minute. If not, switch the campaign off and on again.
Only on campaigns that have been switched on at least once.
No need: it goes away by itself once the cause is fixed.
