What it is
Every popup is built for mobile from the start: the build makes a separate desktop and mobile version of each one. Whether it shows on a phone is up to the trigger's device setting.
All six triggers can run on mobile: exit intent, time delay, scroll depth, on click, inactivity and JavaScript events. Switch Mobile on for a trigger, alone or together with Desktop.
Exit intent reads mobile signals instead of a cursor: switching tabs, a quick scroll to the top, or the Back button.
Key benefits
All six triggers work on mobile, so a phone visitor can get the same timing as a desktop one.
Triggers combine with OR, so one campaign can use exit intent on mobile and a time delay on desktop.
The mobile version is its own design, so you can check and tune it apart from desktop.
How it works
Tell the agent in the campaign chat, for example “show this on mobile too”, and the settings update as you talk.
On the Settings tab, open a trigger's card and switch Mobile on under On devices. On click and JavaScript event set this per selector or per event.
In the popup editor, switch to the phone view to check the mobile version, then save.
Step-by-step setup lives in the Help Center guide.
All six: exit intent, time delay, scroll depth, on click, inactivity and JavaScript events.
It fires when the visitor switches tabs, scrolls quickly to the top, or uses the Back button on the page they entered on. Some mobile browsers don't support every signal; where one is missing, that action doesn't fire the trigger.
Yes. Triggers combine with OR, so exit intent on mobile and a delay on desktop can run in the same campaign.
No. The build makes a desktop and a mobile version of every popup, and you can edit either. After a text edit, the editor asks whether to apply it to the other view too.
