Fire on any action your site reports that the standard triggers don't cover.
What it is
JavaScript event shows your popup when your site fires a custom DOM event you name: a login, a filter change, a step in your own checkout.
Use it when the moment you care about isn't covered by the other five triggers.
Your code fires the event with the exact name you entered, on the document or the html element, and the popup appears.
Key benefits
If your code can tell, your popup can react.
Add as many event names as you need; any one of them opens the popup.
Each event name has its own Desktop / Mobile switch.
How it works
On the Settings tab, add On a JavaScript event and enter an event name, for example user_login.
document.dispatchEvent(new Event('user_login', { bubbles: true }))
Save, then trigger the action on your site to check the popup.
Step-by-step setup lives in the Help Center guide.
